Calculated Resonance: Proprietary logic using your data to identify synergy between users.
Referral Data: We track unique referral links and counts to manage waitlist rewards (Professional/Elite tiers).
2. Data Storage & Processing
Your data is stored and managed using Base44. This infrastructure ensures your profile and resonance data remain secure and accessible only for the purposes of operating the Echo platform.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share specific data with trusted partners only to provide our services:
Didit: For secure biometric identity verification.
Amazon SES: For sending transactional emails and system notifications.
App Stores: Apple and Google handle all payment processing; we do not see or store your credit card details.
4. How Your Data is Used
We use your data to facilitate connections and calculate resonance. We do not sell your personal identity or biometric data to third-party marketers.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app settings. Once deleted:
Your profile is hidden immediately.
Your data is permanently purged from Base44 systems after 30 days.
