What is Primal Origins?
We're a registered coaching firm in Singapore that offers holistic and tailored services for mentees in any life stage. Our goal is to help mentees take control of their own story - no longer just surviving, but truly living on their own terms. That's why our services span career, leadership, and life coaching, whilst offering courses, downloadable e-guides, and mentorship sessions to help mentees rediscover their inner spark using proven scientific and psychological frameworks that support lasting personal and professional growth.
Are your services suitable for people in different life stages?
Absolutely! Our resources cater to mentees at various life stages - from students and early-career professionals to mid-life career changers. Basically, anybody who is seeking personal clarity or reinvention.
Can I access your materials from outside Singapore?
Of course! All our products (please see our Services page) are digital, and our coaching sessions take place virtually. Just ensure you have a stable internet connection, and the world's your oyster!

What types of services do you offer?
We offer a range of personal development tools including online courses that span 5 days to 5 weeks; downloadable e-guides, and structured mentorship programmes. Our curriculum has been thoughtfully designed to support holistic personal and professional growth, such as career progression/pivoting, emotional wellbeing, and creating social support systems - everything a person needs to thrive.
How do I know which programme is right for me?
We pride ourselves on offering a tailored mix-and-match programme. All our products (please see our Services page) have detailed breakdowns by theme and topic, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
You can also book a free 30-min discovery call with Teivian, our head coach. He'll help you assess your current needs and recommend the most suitable course based on your goals.
Are the courses self-paced?
Yes, our courses are self-paced, giving you the flexibility to learn in your own time. Some programmes may include scheduled live sessions with Teivian, so it's highly recommended that you book a discovery call with him to understand exactly what each course entails.
Is there a refund policy?
Unfortunately not. No refund policy is available for any of our digital products.
Are there payment plans available?

Can I invite your coach (Teivian) to speak at my event or organisation?
We'd be honored! Teivian has already spoken at international coaching events in Malaysia and Indonesia. He's definitely available for keynote talks, workshops, and panel discussions on topics such as leadership and personal growth.
